Company Story
Acushnet Alternative Heating was founded in 2005 by Luke Niemiec. Our family owned business focused on the sale and installation of heating supplies or systems to residential and commercial customers. Due to customers asking us about the benefits of solar, Acushnet Alternative Heating opened AAH Solar in 2006.
AAH Solar is a leading solar energy supplier and installer in MA and RI. We have been installing solar systems to the residential, commercial and solar energy farms to benefit town residents for over 10 years. Our management, engineering and installation team collectively have over 100 years of knowledge and experience in the Alternative Heating industry. We know the many energy alternative solutions for a homeowner to make the right decision and for us to be successful in completing the project to their satisfaction.
We’re proud to be in the energy industry since it offers so many benefits saving money, getting off the grid, no heating/gas bill, federal and state subsidies, helping the green initiatives locally and nationally to name a few.
